Yes. Every vehicle shipped through Hertz Logistics is covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance for the full duration of transport — from the moment it’s loaded until it’s delivered.
When will my vehicle be picked up?
After you place your order, we assign the best available transporter for your route. Once a carrier is matched, you’ll receive an estimated pickup window and the driver will confirm the schedule with you.
When will my vehicle be delivered?
You’ll receive an estimated transit time based on distance and route. Once your vehicle is picked up, you’ll get an estimated delivery window, and your representative keeps you updated.
Can I track my vehicle during transport?

How do I request a quote?

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and bank or certified checks. Payment is only due once your shipment is confirmed — no upfront deposits — and your booking is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup.
Does someone need to be present at pickup and delivery?
Yes. An authorized person (18 or older) must be present at both pickup and delivery to release or accept the vehicle, hand over the keys, and sign the inspection reports. It doesn’t have to be the owner.
Are pickup and delivery dates guaranteed?
All dates are estimates. The vast majority of shipments run on schedule, but weather, traffic, or mechanical issues can occasionally cause minor delays, so we provide estimated windows and keep you informed.
Can I ship an electric vehicle?
Absolutely. We regularly transport EVs of all makes and models. Keep in mind EVs typically weigh more than standard vehicles, which may affect the final quoted price.
Should I fill my gas tank before pickup?
We recommend keeping your fuel level at a quarter tank or less — enough to safely load and unload while minimizing unnecessary weight.
